Your mission :

• Calendar Maestro: Manage the President’s calendars, appointments and travel
• Communication Wizard: Act as liaison between the President and key stakeholders; handle calls, emails and requests
• Organize and maintain confidential files, documents and records
• Assist in creating presentations, reports and proposals under supervision
• Help coordinate executive level meetings and events. (Learn how to prepare agendas, gather materials, and gain experience taking notes and documenting meetings.)
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders by demonstrating professionalism and integrity while representing the President
• Support the President in special projects, business initiatives and research.
• Privacy Guardian: Be very strict about confidentiality. Handle sensitive information responsibly and discreetly.

Skills sought :

• University degree in business administration, management or a related field, with honors at the top of the class
• An excellent academic background demonstrating analytical skills, critical thinking and the ability to learn quickly
• No previous experience required: We are looking for a willingness to learn and progress in a dynamic professional environment
• Exceptional mastery of Microsoft Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, all of this no longer holds any secrets for you!
• Exceptional communication skills: Written and spoken, with a professional and polished presence
• Organizational and time management skills: Prioritize tasks effectively like a true maestro!
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise judgment and handle sensitive information responsibly
• An interest in the construction equipment industry or related fields (an asset)

• Diagnosing Mechanical Mysteries: Determining the Nature of Repairs and the Time Required to Fix Failures
• Adjust, repair and/or replace defective parts using hand or power tools
• Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation
• Ensure equipment compliance with customer and manufacturer requirements
• Carry out routine maintenance work, remembering to clean and lubricate equipment
• Respect the established times for carrying out repairs
• Working safely
• Clean the work area and keep workshop equipment in good condition
• Perform any other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Skills sought :

• Have a DEP in diesel, agricultural or construction machinery mechanics (or an AEC or a certificate)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Diagnostic experience
• Knowledge of agricultural products or construction machinery
• Knowledge of Kubota products (an asset)
• Demonstrate autonomy, have good team spirit and the ability to detect defects
• Be customer service oriented

• Diagnosing Mechanical Mysteries: Determining the Nature of Repairs and the Time Required to Fix Failures
• Adjust, repair and/or replace defective parts using hand or power tools
• Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation
• Ensure equipment compliance with customer and manufacturer requirements
• Carry out routine maintenance work, remembering to clean and lubricate equipment
• Respect the established times for carrying out repairs
• Working safely
• Clean the work area and keep workshop equipment in good condition
• Complete the requested documents on a daily basis: timesheet, warranty report, etc.
• Perform any other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Diagnostic experience
